I was born in Sandy, UT to parents who loved me, but weren’t totally ready for me to be here. After their separation, I lived with my father, Damon, in Las Vegas. We moved a lot in Vegas. I really didn’t have any long-term friends. My father struggled with alcoholism. This would lead to his death at the age of 35.
At the age of 16, now fatherless and living with my mother, I felt the weight of the world on my shoulders. I couldn’t depend on my parents any longer for what I was going to become. I graduated from Jordan High School, go Beetdiggers! I served a full-time mission to the England London Mission. I then married my long-term crush, Jessie, in the Mount Timpanogos Temple.
In 2006, Jessie and I moved to Logan where I attended Utah State University. It was there I first met Corey and Mindi Holmgren. Corey and I clicked instantly. He was just the friend I could be completely immature with. He was also the friend I could have a deep conversation and spiritual experience with. I completed my time at USU with a degree in Business and Marketing.
After working the private sector for eight years as a project manager and lean analyst, I had the opportunity to run my own business full-time. I am a proud father of four boys. I am the luckiest, to be married to my best friend.
